Welcome to NutriPath. These Terms govern your use of the NutriPath mobile application, operated by Zee Hub. By using the app you agree to these Terms, our EULA and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the app

NutriPath provides nutrition tracking, food analysis, fitness, cycle tracking and related wellness tools. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

Not medical advice

NutriPath is for informational and general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or healthcare advice, and is not a regulated medical device. Calorie, macro, cycle and AI-generated estimates may not be fully accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your diet, health, fitness or pregnancy.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

Auto-renewable subscriptions and payments

Prices and durations are displayed in the app at the point of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled per the policies of the App Store or Google Play. Full terms are in our EULA.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and software in the app are owned by Zee Hub or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zee Hub is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
