This Privacy Policy explains how NutriPath ("we", "us"), operated by Zee Hub, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the NutriPath mobile application. By using the app you agree to these practices. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and EULA.

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address.
• Health, nutrition and wellness data: food logs, meals, calorie and macro entries, workouts, sleep data, medication reminders, body and progress data, and menstrual cycle or pregnancy tracking information that you choose to enter.
• Photos and camera: when you use the food analyser, the app accesses your camera or photo library only to process the images you choose.
• Purchase data: information about your subscriptions and purchases, managed via the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• Usage and device data: basic technical information such as device type, app version, advertising identifiers and anonymous analytics.

How we use your information

• To provide core features such as food analysis, calorie and macro tracking, cycle tracking and personalised guidance.
• To maintain your account and sync your data across devices.
• To process and manage subscriptions and purchases.
• To send reminders and notifications you have enabled.
• To display and measure advertising in the free version, and to improve and secure the app.

Third-party services

• AI providers to analyse food images and power the AI nutritionist.
• Nutrition databases including USDA FoodData Central.
• Authentication (Google, Apple, Firebase) for secure sign-in.
• Subscription management (RevenueCat, the App Store and Google Play).
• Advertising (Google AdMob) in the free version.

Advertising

The free version of NutriPath may display ads through Google AdMob. We request non-personalised ads, which do not use your advertising identifier to build a profile of you. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below, and we will action it promptly.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You can also manage permissions (camera, photos, notifications) in your device settings.

Children's privacy

NutriPath is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
